Burrington Builders was commissioned to build a 28’ by 28’ garage with attached breezway. This garage had significant design tie-ins with the 1840 structure.

The tie-ins made it so that it had to be designed as we built and significant load and height requirements were met to tie into the existing 1840-era structure. This job presented many challenges but we enjoy a good challenge. Such as design, variance approval and site survey also required many hours of ledge removal, and significantly, we are excited about managing the new geothermal heating system. Its been a fun winter framing project. We are nearing completion of all mechanicals & Roughsruffs.
