Full Exterior Renovation

Here in our Hometown Warner, We had the privilege of renovating one of the classic beauties in Warner. It always pulled me as a kid, seeing the gingerbread up there among the eaves. We always thought that it would be easier to make new Straight Molding, but the owner approached us and asked to switch out the gingerbreading for PVC and match it to the existing trim. We had to hand cut each piece. Although it was taxing work, I felt that necessary thing to do to keep the historical Integrity of the Town of Warner. Meeting someone that was interested in maintaining it as the special historical structure it is was exciting to me.

after many hours of painting, cutting trees down, and several deck renovations providing proper support, I feel the improvements made to this building has brought it from a five or six to a ten.

We also completed a 200 amp service upgrade and paved driveway job.

All work was on time and in budget. with any added work we strive to keep historical features of old buildings intact and not to take the easy way out of not leaving the buildings with character that they deserve.
