Garage, Breezeway and Deck in Newbury

Burrington Builders was commissioned to build a 28ft ft by 28 ft garage with attached breezeway. We’ve enjoyed working on this project, It’s alway bittersweet to see such a great project to it’s completion!

We took on site survey, design, and engineering; and we designed it with a drive-in wood floor which took many hours of installing 90 LVL’s and steel. We’re especially proud about how the epoxy finish helped the spruce tip tongue and groove flooring pop; and we enjoyed finishing the breezeway with Poplar trim and prefinished Maple hardwood flooring. Also the exterior came out fantastic.

While building the building the garage the owner asks us to replace the back deck. This involved removing the old deck and redesigning the staircase. It also involved making one the framing feet on Center and installing new composite decking as well as new metal handrails with stainless steel cables.

We enjoyed the renovation of the deck and feel everything flows much better..
